You are responsible for all activities performed using your account. You must be at least 18 years of age or legally authorized to act on behalf of a registered business. 3. Acceptable Use While using WA CRM Solutions, you agree to: Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform Terms and Policies. Obtain appropriate customer consent before sending business communications. Use the platform only for lawful business purposes. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to data protection and electronic communications. You must not: Send spam, unsolicited, or misleading messages.
